Hi, I’m Tasha!If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of your next step, you’re not alone. Many people are sensing that something is shifting, both within themselves and in the world around them, but we don’t always have the tools to make sense of it.After years of working as a dietitian in the NHS, I reached a point of burnout that led me to step away and reassess everything. That space opened the door to Reiki, which helped me reconnect with a sense of calm and inner steadiness I hadn’t realised I’d lost.From there, I explored practices like yoga and astrology - each offering a different way to understand myself more deeply, rebuild trust, and navigate change with more ease.What I’ve come to see, both personally and through working with others, is that healing isn’t just physical. It unfolds in layers - emotional, mental, and energetic -and when we begin to work with all of them, things start to shift in a more sustainable way.We’re also living through a time of rapid change, which can feel unsettling. Astrology can offer a helpful framework here - bringing clarity to what might otherwise feel chaotic, and helping you understand your own patterns, timing, and direction.My role is to support you in making sense of where you are, and to help you reconnect with your own inner guidance - so you can move forward feeling more grounded, clear, and confident.Whether you’re feeling stuck, burnt out, or simply curious about yourself on a deeper level, there’s a way back to feeling more like you again.
